A yelp of surprise escaped his lips as his frame
hit the mattress, the urge to tell his twin off
disappearing as he realized how TIRED he was.
He had been overworking himself for
several days & he knew how much the
it bothered the other. He was just a little
stressed about the wedding plans. He
wanted it to be PERFECT. & he only felt
more anxious the more he tried to make
it so. He was more of a “go with the flow”
kind. Planning wasn’t his thing & even
though the wedding was simple, he could
not help but stress over the details.
The warmth against his back was like a breath
of FRESH air. It was as if all the anxiety & stress
had drained out of him the minute tan arms
wrapped themselves around him. This was what
PERFECTION felt like. It was strange how such
a simple act could instill such a profound sense
of peacefulness within him. It felt like home.
Azure orbs were quick to disappear under
drooping lids, SOFT blond lashes fluttering
as a yawn escaped his lips, which curved
into a contented smile as he PRESSED
his back against his lover, sleep whisking
him away, only sparing a moment to let
vocables slip.
