Naruto is the definition of loud. He’s always loud. & he doesn’t try to suppress it because he wants his partner to know the effect they have on him. But if he knows that his partner is deliberately teasing him, he tries really hard to not give them that satisfaction & bites down on his lip until it bleeds if he has to, just to stay quiet…even though his lack of sounds are betrayed by the way his body reacts.
If he’s in a relationship ( which has reached that stage ), he almost never does it, taking his “frustrations” out on his partner instead, or simply having sex with them for fun or to show affection. When he’s single, he does it about 3 times a week on average as he doesn’t have much time to spare for it.

I RP both narutoverse and AU versions of my muse. Naruto is bisexual/polysexual but that does NOT mean I ship him with everyone.
