♚ —— HE SLEEPILY trudged into the kitchen,
unsuccessfully stifling a yawn before he froze in his tracks,
button nose scrunching up at the unmistakable scent of burnt
food. He followed his nose & ended up at the dining table, his
gaze landing on the blackened bread, behind which sat the
Uchiha, a frown encompassing his pale features, which was
quick to pull out a chuckle from him.
❛ —— SASUKE, YOU COULD’VE just woken
me up, you know. ❜ he whined, even though he knew the other
couldn’t hear him, before ruffling the his hair, earning him a scowl.
If only the Uchiha didn’t have so much pride. He knew it was futile.
Sasuke would never willingly approach him for help unless he didn’t
have a choice. Tanned digits knocked the other’s pallid ones away
from the plate, before taking the bed & throwing into the trashcan,
before pulling out slices of bread & a jar of butter, quickly making
another toast for the raven.
❛ —— THERE YOU GO ! Now eat up. ❜ he grinned,
taking a seat beside him, placing one toast on the raven’s plate, &
taking a bite of the one on his own, a small smile gracing his lips.
He didn’t mind living like this.
